It has gotten very dark and the umpires have asked the players to leave. That will be STUMPS! Sri Lanka through and through as we get to the end of Day 2. What a day for the hosts. What a match so far for them. Sri Lanka had control right from the beginning of the day. Bangladesh managed just 27 runs with the two wickets they had and Sri Lankan bowlers did the job quickly. The Lankan batters were watchful at the start of the innings but once they negotiated the first hour, runs started to come. Lahiru Udara played a decent innings of 40 but it was the partnership between Pathum Nissanka and Dinesh Chandimal that cut down the deficit with ease. The 194-run stand saw both the batters score their half-centuries respectively. Nissanka went onto register his second century of this series however, his partner Dinesh Chandimal fell on 93 while trying to play the reverse sweep.
