Thirthahalli: Bike rider critically injured in major accident with car

Thirthahalli: A major accident involving a car and a bike left the bike rider critically injured on the night of Tuesday, May 13, near Bejjavalli in Thirthahalli taluk.

The collision occurred when a bike heading from Bejjavalli to Samakani collided with a Swift car traveling from Thirthahalli towards Shivamogga. The impact of the crash was severe, completely damaging the front of the car and the bike, according to eyewitnesses.

The bike rider sustained serious injuries to the head and leg, with locals stating that the leg may have been severed in the accident.

The injured rider was immediately rushed to Thirthahalli Hospital for treatment. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Malur Police Station, and further investigation is underway.
