cancelled his Las Vegas concert on Sunday "due to illness" - just weeks before he's due to play Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage. The Maggie May crooner, 80, who was recently put on vocal rest, was forced to reschedule his residency gig at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with a new date set for June 10. The performer has since taken to Instagram and shared an update as he announced a new tour date much to the delight of his emotional fans.
Alongside a promotional photo of the One Last Time tour, he penned: "I'm bringing The One Last Time Tour your way on July 18th and I've got the brilliant @therichardmarx joining me as a special guest! Tickets go on sale this Friday!" His legion of fans flocked to the comment section as they reacted to the big news.

One fan wrote: "So excited. Can't wait!" While a second agreed: "Already got my tickets."
A third added: "This is exciting news."
Others shared their disappointment at his Las Vegas dates being rescheduled.
One penned: "I hope your discomfort has improved and that you are now well. Take care of yourself, your health is the most important thing."
A second wrote: "Absolutely heart broken your Sunday show at Caesars was canceled 2 hours before doors opened. Lost air fare, hotel and everything else. Worst part is my broken heart. We were already at Caesars all decked out hitting a slot machine right at the front door. After all that knowing that door would not open seemed like a bad joke. I cried my heart out and went back to hotel. Sad part is show is rescheduled for Tuesday and we fly out Monday. Just one day out of my reach. While my heart is broken, I wish my music idol all the best and pray for his health and wellness which is the most important part."
A third added: "What a shame - 3 hrs notice to cancel your show tonight in Las Vegas! A whole trip was planned from UK to see you arrangements made over a year ago! - We can't make the rescheduled date - we are on flight back to UK!"
In a social media statement shared on Monday, it read: "I am sorry to inform you that I'm not feeling well and my show tonight at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is being rescheduled to June 10. Your tickets will be valid for the new date."
In less than 25 days, the rocker will play the Sunday afternoon legends slot at the world-famous Glastonbury music festival in Somerset, south west England.
