'BP Was 40, Had Heart Attack-Like Signs': Bigg Boss 18's Shrutika Arjun Recalls Facing 'Worst' Symptoms After Taking COVID Vaccine (VIDEO)

Shrutika Arjun, who gained popularity after participating in the reality show Bigg Boss 18, recently revealed that she experienced the 'worst' symptoms after taking the COVID vaccine. She said the experience was worse than childbirth and left her so fearful that she felt she didn’t want to die. Shrutika also shared that she had contracted COVID earlier but chose not to visit a doctor and instead recovered at home.

Appearing on Paras Chhabra's podcast, Shrutika said, Meine bhi vaccination liya tha ek, this does not apply to everyone. Maybe because of the vaccination or not, jab mujhe mila tha, uss night, COVID behtaar tha, I was 5-6 years back, I was only 30-years old aur tabhi koi marna nahi chahta hai. Mera normal delivery hua tha, woh suffering kum tha. I experienced worst suffering, itna ki Arjun (husband) mera breathe check kar raha tha every half n hour, so everything is fine."

'My blood pressure dropped to 40': Shrutika

Furthermore, she stated that the morning after taking the vaccine, she began to feel slightly better. However, when she woke up and tried to walk, she suddenly collapsed after her blood pressure had dropped to 40, a level she described as fatal. "Mujhe pata nahi, I vaguely could hear people crying around me, trying to wake me up. Mein khud apne aap se Om Namay Shivay bol rahi thi," added Shrutika.

Experiencing palpitations while watching movie

Shrutika added that after 48 hours, her body had become extremely weak. In an attempt to lift her spirits, her husband Arjun suggested they watch a movie, King Kong. However, as soon as the movie began and the sounds kicked in, she experienced extreme palpitations, as if she had just run a 5-kilometre marathon.

Shrutika recalls frightening heart attack symptoms

She shared, "Jab tak mein Arjun ko bol rahi hoon, my jaw was getting pulled and mera poora left hand upar hi nahi uth raha tha, which are perfect symptoms of a heart attack. I closed my eyes and kept moving my right hand, so I don't get paralysed."
