Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is currently making headlines after a video showing IPD officers at his residence surfaced on social media. On Sunday (July 27), as many as 25 IPS officers met Aamir at his Bandra home, reports have stated.
While the reason behind their visit is not known yet, Aamir's team has reacted to the now-viral videos. In the clips, several cars and a bus are seen departing from Aamir's residence.

According to a report in News18, Aamir's team said they aren't sure about the reason behind the sudden visit of IPS officers at the actor's residence. "We are still figuring out with Aamir," they stated.
This has raised speculations as it comes a couple of days before Aamir's special announcement. On July 29, Aamir will announce something, however, it is not known what it will be about.

On the work front, Aamir Khan was last seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which minted around Rs 165 crore net collection in India after a month of its release. The film, directed by RS Prasanna, marked Aamir's return to the big screen afterer about three years. The film also featured Genelia D’Souza in the lead.
Next, he will be seen in director Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic film based on the life of the father of Indian cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke. Aamir is also soon expected to attend the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2025 as a Chief Guest. The film festival is scheduled from August 14-24. His attendance at the 16th edition of the Festival will reportedly include a unique retrospective honouring his exceptional achievements in Indian cinema, culminating in a spotlight presentation on his most recent film, Sitaare Zameen Par.
